Beyond Bandages: Battling Burnout with Women in ITE

Employees are struggling with stress, burnout, and loneliness like never before. In fact, four in 10 U.S. employees say their job is negatively impacting their mental health. Taking a proactive approach to addressing mental wellness leads to a happier and more productive work and life balance; but recovery from burnout is more than simple self-care.
