In this course, attorneys will gain an understanding of what Title IX is; it’s history & current status. We will discuss whom and how Title IX applies in various scenarios. We will elaborate on how to represent both a respondent and complainant in a Title IX action. Attorneys will gain practical tips for approaching and handling cases involving Title IX.
