Description

Attorney Antoine Marshall will constitute the basics of landlord/tenant laws. He will cover the creation of a landlord/tenant relationship through verbal and written leases and the legal obligations of the parties. Attorney Marshall will also cover the elements of breaching a lease and the summary ejectment process. This includes initial filing, service requirements, obtaining a writ and appeal process.
