We will discuss divorce and pets. Who gets the dog? This can be a serous point of contention. It would be helpful to explore cases in which the court has addressed animals, custody/ownership issues and if anyone has or can be ordered to pay dog support. We know vet visits are expensive, so let's use this session to develop a strategy for the pets and explore past cases that address them.
