Discovery Issues in Personal Injury Cases

Discovery can be a fruitful fact finding mission. However, there are times when the other side objects to your requests in bad faith. What do you do? There are also times when the opposing counsel makes requests that are inappropriate because they are too broad, abusive, etc. You need a strategy to get the discovery you want and a strategy to avoid having to produce things you do not believe are appropriate to disclose. We will explore cases that address these issues.
