In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, many issues of business and personal liability have arisen. Congress has addressed some of these issues, but there are still many unanswered questions that can only be addressed as we compare the law that exists to the unchartered territory. For example, if a nurse can be required to take a flu vaccine in order to protect patients, then that same legal argument may apply to requiring a waitress to take the COVID vaccine. How do employers address conscientious objectivers to the vaccine?
