In this course, we will discuss the evolving law regarding the age of juveniles in NC and across the country. There has been much debate about what age a person should be prosecuted as an adult. There are proposed laws that will fundamentally change how juveniles are prosecuted in NC. We will explore the current law and the proposed changes and discuss how that will impact our ability to advocate for juveniles.
