Board Certified Specialist, Beth Tillman, will discuss basic aspects of creating a will, a health care power of attorney and living will. She will address client interviews and how to obtain the necessary information from the clients. She will address how to create plans to secure clients documents. This will be a great “how-to” workshop for the lawyer who needs guidance on estate planning. She will provide sample forms.
