Description

This CLE will cover advanced topics in DVPOs, which will focus on the reliefs that a DVPO can grant. This CLE will cover financial reliefs, how to use and understand temporary jurisdiction for custody matters, and additonal reliefs offered in a 50B. This will also talk about crafting the custody provisions in a DVPO to assist in a chapter 50 custody case.
