Jury selection is one of the most important aspects of every jury trial. When done effectively, litigants are able to educate potential jurors on the facts and law that are favorable to their clients. In this presentation, we will explore effective techniques to utilize when choosing a jury. We will also talk about potential pitfalls in jury selection.
