Description

Experienced practitioners will help attendees prepare and conduct the title search and create all closing documents, including the deed, settlement documents, lien waivers, etc. We will also explore help attendees prepare a will, trust, health care power of attorney, living will and durable power of attorney.

Includes the following:
-access to 24 video modules
-Sessions will be held at Access Pointe, 117 S. Main St., Red Springs, NC 28377. Two weeks before the sessions, the attendees will receive a fact pattern that will serve as the basis for the hands-on activities to be completed. Each session will be from 10am-4pm. Lunch will be included. Attendees will earn 10 general NC CLE hours.
