Real Estate Practicum: Zoom

Description

Experienced practitioners will help attendees prepare and conduct the title search and create all closing documents, including the deed, settlement documents, lien waivers, etc.

Includes the following:
-access to 12 video modules that focus on a residential real estate closing, to include the pre-closing, the closing and post-closing. Videos can be completed at your own leisure.
-Sessions will be held via Zoom. Two weeks before the sessions, the attendees will receive a fact pattern that will serve as the basis for the hands-on activities to be completed. Each session will be from 10am-4pm. Lunch will be included. Attendees will earn 5 general NC CLE hours

    Attorney Daron Satterfield is a 2002 graduate of NCCU School of Law. He is the managing attorney at Satterfield Law, PLLC, where he has maintained an active practice focused on real estate matters. Attorney Satterfield is well-versed in real estate closings. His passion for real estate also extends to addressing complex heir property matters and real estate litigation. He accepts clients in landlord-tenant matters. Basically, if there is a property involved, Attorney Satterfield is ready and willing to help. Outside of his practice, he is involved in his church and he enjoys coaching trial advocacy teams.
