Description

Experienced practitioners will walk the attendees through the various pleadings necessary to move the family law case from beginning to end. Attendees will prepare the pleadings during the program. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during the sessions.

Includes the following:
-access to 12 video modules that focus on the divorce pleadings, child custody, child support, alimony and equitable distribution. . Videos can be completed at your own leisure.
-Sessions will be held via zoom. Two weeks before the sessions, the attendees will receive a fact pattern that will serve as the basis for the hands-on activities to be completed. Each session will be from 10am-4pm. Lunch will be included. Attendees will earn 5 general NC CLE hours.
