  • Denis Bouchard | Asst. Treasurer, The Wendy's Company

    Denis is the Assistant Treasurer at The Wendy’s Company. In this role, he leads all aspects of global Treasury Operations and consumer electronic payment programs for the Wendy’s brand. This includes cash management, armored car, credit/debit cards, gift cards, and mobile payments. Denis leads the digital payment fraud team and supports the organization’s corporate travel and purchasing card programs.

    Prior to joining Wendy’s, Denis spent seven years at Sears Holdings Corporation where he served as Divisional Vice President, Payment Acceptance. Prior to Sears, he spent three years at MasterCard Worldwide, where he led various teams responsible for Merchant Operations, Finance, Product Sales and Acquirer relations. Prior to MasterCard, Denis was with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. for over ten years where he held several positions managing payments, gift cards and banking relationships. Denis holds a BA degree from University of Hartford.

  • Manish Nathwani | Sr. VP, Product Development - SHAZAM

    Manish serves as a key contributor to the vision of SHAZAM's electronic payments products & services. He and his teams develop products to enhance SHAZAM's core strengths and introduce new products into the marketplace to help its clients succeed. In his 14 years at SHAZAM, Manish has worked as a senior engineer / consultant, information technology (IT) technical lead, director of architecture leading to his current position of leading SHAZAM’s enterprise products & services. Manish has more than 25 years of experience in the electronic payments industry, primarily building enterprise-strength, high-performance online authorization systems. He has experience in POS, ATM, acquirer and issuer processing, as well as leading and emerging technologies such as EMV, contactless and tokenization, mobile and payments based on IoT devices.

  • Bryan Manka | Sr. Product Manager, Emerging Payments - PULSE

    Bryan serves as Senior Product Manager, Emerging Payments, for PULSE, a Discover Financial Services company headquartered in Houston, Texas. PULSE is one of the nation’s leading debit/ATM networks. Financial institutions, merchants, processors and ATM deployers across the United States and around the world depend on PULSE’s comprehensive suite of products and services and its commitment to providing exceptional client service, flexibility, security and superior economics. PULSE also is a resource for debit education, research and knowledge drawn from more than three decades of industry experience.

    Bryan is responsible for PULSE’s product strategies involving EMV, tokenization and other select technologies. He has been involved in financial services for over 20 years, originally with E-CommLink, Inc., where he was the Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer. Bryan joined PULSE 16 years ago and, prior to his current role, was responsible for PULSE's prepaid and gateway processing lines of business.
