From Students to Seniors: How the World Pays, Today and Tomorrow

Thank you

It is clear the pandemic impacted commerce, but what new buying behaviors are here to stay? And how do those buying behaviors vary from generation to generation? This session will focus on the 2021 Generation Pay Report results to provide insight on how to serve different generations, today and tomorrow. This year, over 4,000 consumers across four age groups and five regions were surveyed in the FIS Generation Pay Report about their attitudes towards payments and the evolving payments landscape. The results may surprise you.

For example:
•Over 60% of respondents, across all ages, found contactless payments to be easier and more convenient when making purchases.
•The possibility of overspending is the biggest buy now, pay later concern.
•Over half of respondents prefer to shop online.

We will explore additional results of this survey so you can understand how consumers feel about payments technology and services.

Learning Objectives:
1. Understand trends and insights into generational buying behavior by region
2. Understand the payments options that are most intriguing to today's consumers
3. Prepare for the future of payments within their organization

While everyone is welcome, the webinar will be especially helpful for:

  • VP Payments Operations
  • Director of Payments
  • Payments Manager
