She has 34 years of payments industry experience, including 20+ of those years managing acquirer portfolios for payment network rules’ compliance. Her responsibilities include working with clients and the company’s own internal stakeholders to navigate Payment Network Compliance. Karen’s advocacy work serves as a mediation point between the card networks and merchants where she advocates for Fiserv’s clients regarding emerging payment needs, reviewing new or existing mandates for client impact and opportunities, fosters change through fresh industry insights, and accelerates partnerships by implementing pilot programs.
