    Natalie is responsible for leading a team that partners with Visa product to address any fraud that would impact the global payment ecosystem. Natalie and her team engage externally with clients to understand and address fraud risk challenges while working internally to develop solutions to address them.

    Natalie first joined Visa’s Risk Organization 8 years ago supporting North America Issuing clients. She then expanded that responsibility into supporting Global Merchants and eventually transitioned into risk framework and execution for Visa’s money movement product - Visa Direct.

    Prior to joining Visa, Natalie was a Forensic Accountant with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in San Francisco. Natalie has a strong background in financial audit including process and internal control weakness reviews which she applies to her everyday work to do “what could go wrong?” analysis to strengthen fraud controls for Visa and the global payment ecosystem.

  • Mark Woelfer | Senior Director - Visa, Inc

    Mark Woelfer is a Senior Director at Visa Inc. and part of the dispute product office. He manages the Pre-Dispute Resolution suite of products, which include Order Insight, Order Insight Digital and Rapid Dispute Resolution. He is currently working on the Compelling Evidence 3.0 rule change, which allows merchants to supply key identifying data elements that link the cardholder to the merchant to avoid card-not-present chargebacks.

    Mark Woelfer has over 21 years of experience in consulting, credit card payments strategy, and systems implementations, primarily in the payments industry. His experience includes projects that solved a wide range of client issues including credit authorization processing and data, quality assurance, identity/access management, requirements gathering, business case development and value proposition studies.

    Prior to joining Visa, Mark was a management consultant at Deloitte where he advised clients across the payments landscape, including American Express, Visa, Paypal, and Banamex. He also spent 3 years in product management at Experian before starting at Visa as a full-time employee over 11 years ago.
