MYC22 Virtual SIG: Mass Merchant

Description

The ultimate networking session! Come join the most highly rated sessions of a MAG conference - this Mass Merchant merchant-only discussion group - led by merchant leaders - give you an opportunity in a no-pressure environment for an open and honest chat with your peers about what keeps you up at night.

We are excited to offer two different format options for SIG engagement at the Mid-Year Conference 2022:

  • Virtual: To participate in the Virtual SIG a few weeks ahead of the conference, please click the Register button to the right.
  • In-Person: Those traveling to Atlanta will have the opportunity to participate in a live SIG to be held on February 15 from 4:45-5:45pm EST, and February 17 from 8:30-9:30am EST. If you have already registered for the Mid-Year Conference, there is nothing else you need to do to participate in the in-person SIGs! If you haven't yet registered for the Conference, you can do so here.

  • Ginger McDonald | The Home Depot

    Ginger McDonald, Manager of Payment Acceptance at The Home Depot, is responsible to maintain and support a frictionless payments process from end to end with internal and external key stakeholders. She has over 20 years of combined experience in the retail operations, finance and payments environment.

  • Ken Grogan | Director Treasury Services - Wakefern Food Corp.

    Ken is a Finance professional with over 30 years’ experience in Treasury/Payments. He joined Wakefern Food Corp. in July 2007 as Manager of Treasury Services and was promoted to Director in March 2015. Prior to joining Wakefern, Ken had a successful 20 year career on Wall Street working in Treasury for Shearson Lehman Brothers, National Financial Services (Fidelity Investments) and TD Waterhouse. Ken has a BBA in Accounting from Pace University in New York City.

    Ken has been an active member of the MAG for over 8 years, participating in the MAG Advocacy & Communications and Collaboration committees, EMV and SRC Communities of Practice and is currently one of the co-chairs of the Collaboration Committee. He is a co-leader of the SIG Mass Merchant group and has served on MAG panels at several industry conferences. Ken has also been on the EPS (Electronic Payment Systems) committee for FMI (Food Marketing Institute) for the past 10+ years and currently serves as the Committee Chair.

  • Callum Godwin | Chief Economist, CMSPI
