  • Jane Frazier

    Jane Frazier is the Sr. Director of Payment Acceptance for Charter Communications. She manages strategy and relationships related to accepting payments from Charter’s customers. Jane’s previous roles were in Accounting and Treasury at Charter, TLC Vision and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and is a CPA and CTP.

  • Bryan Gustafson | Sr Director of Billing - HughesNet

    Bryan Gustafson, Senior Director of Billing for HughesNet. In his current role. He is responsible for managing the billing of the HughesNet Consumers, Value Added Resellers, Franchise, Government GSA Accounts and Small Enterprises as well as serving as support for HughesNet in Mexico and South America. Bryan joined Hughes Network Systems in 1998 and has served in different capacities within billing. He has been responsible for developing processes to ensure data integrity and for automating the dispute processing, fraud processing and FCC reporting, Bryan is a graduate of Penn State University.

  • Melanie Stout | Head of Recurring Services - Optimized Payments, LLC

    Melanie Stout works with card-not-present, recurring revenue and card on file merchants to achieve continuous payments process improvements, reduce costs, reduce churn, and increase the lifetime value of their customers.

    As a partner at Paul Larsen Consulting (PLC), Melanie worked with hundreds of merchants across multiple verticals to achieve optimal payments success. Melanie began her payments journey at Synapse Group, blazing the trail for continuous service magazine subscriptions. After Synapse Group, Melanie successfully built and launched the first direct-to-consumer recurring revenue stream as Director of Marketing at Melanie combined her knowledge of the subscription economy with B2C, B2B and B2P marketing, and helped companies of all sizes optimize their payments and increase lifetime value of their consumers. This expertise will enable Melanie, as Head of Recurring Services at Optimized Payments, to continue providing strategies for subscription and card on file merchants to improve their bottom lines.
