1.00 Standard CLE Credit - The session will begin with a discussion of White v. Loesch; transitioning into an overview of the expedited child support process; and the specific roles of the Child Support Magistrate and Assistant County Attorney, best practices and different county perspectives will be included. The training will end with an examination of the new DHS Intervention policy.
