  • Tracy Petrillo, EdD, RD, CAE

    Tracy Petrillo, EdD, CAE is a 15-year veteran of nonprofit management and a thought leader in the areas of education, conferences, credentialing, leadership development and member engagement who currently serves as CEO for the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine (AIHM). Petrillo was the former Chief Learning Officer for EDUCAUSE, a nonprofit whose mission is to advance higher education by promoting the intelligent use of information technology. Dr. Petrillo is a certified association executive (CAE) who was awarded the highest national honor for staff, the 2016 Professional Performance Award, by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Named a 2016 Changemaker by MeetingsNet magazine, Tracy speaks nationally as a thought leader on learning innovations and educational strategy development to nonprofit, medical, corporate and higher education audiences. Tracy advises educational technology initiatives for McKinsey, Entangled Solutions, Credly, Practice XYZ and recently received a doctorate in educational leadership and management with a specialization in human resource development.

  • LaQuinta Jernigan

    LaQuinta Jernigan currently holds the position of Senior Director, Business Development at mdgroup. She has been in the life sciences industry for around 10 years. By creating custom solutions to fit every need, she helps her clients achieve excellence. mdgroup, supports organizations in many different ways. From event planning and incentive travel to patient support and travel management, they get proven results time and time again. Their consultative approach allows them to understand their clients in all aspects, and their deeper understanding gives them the opportunity to exceed expectations.

  • Caitlin Harrington

    Since joining Jespersen & Associates (JA) in 2007, Caitlin has managed a wide range of projects with clients in the healthcare industry: live conferences and advisory boards, market research and editorial management, website production and development, and e-learning initiatives.

    As an Account Manager, Caitlin’s main focus at JA is currently online and digital projects, specifically webinars and creative e-learning activities for healthcare providers. The opportunity to run interactive programming and receive instant feedback from providers after they participate in our educational activities is energizing, and it challenges our agency to produce engaging and innovative material. It is rewarding to know that our work is actually enhancing the learner’s important work as a healthcare provider, and helping to promote better health outcomes for all patients.

    Caitlin is a graduate of Colby College in Waterville, Maine, where she majored in English and creative writing, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2006.
