Bay Area Reading and Discussion Group

Meet virtually the first Wednesday every other month, 6:00 to 7:30pm
December 7 | February 1 | April 5
CME Available | Free to all Bay Area Physicians

Join a reading and discussion group for physicians interested in broadening their understanding of leadership issues. The discussions are held bimonthly on Zoom. You do not have to read the book to participate in the discussion.

Hilary Worthen, MD, Course Director for The Physician Leadership Program, is the moderator for these engaging bimonthly discussions. Readings are selected by Dr. Worthen with input from participants, and announced two months prior to each meeting, along with suggested questions for discussion and additional optional materials. Topics will range over the entire field of leadership studies and include contributions from history, business, psychology, sociology, cultural studies, the military, and other disciplines. Core readings will require less than 3 hours to complete.

For questions, contact Jenn Mullins, Associate Director of Education and Events at jmullins@accma.org or 510-654-5383 x6305
