An important element of the KPI lifecycle is for target process stakeholders to make periodic assessments of the current effectiveness of the KPIs applied to the target process. These assessments are particularly called for when any non-trivial change is made to the target process. We will present a KPI Assessment Method, which integrates leading research for accurate human elicitation and decision making, while keeping the conduct of the method accessible to any factory worker. The method provides a prioritized list of detailed actions for stakeholders to improve process control efficiently.
