KPI Lifecycle for Process Control

The concept of a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) lifecycle is introduced and its usefulness defended. The lifecycle components and their respective roles in the lifecycle are described. New work on developing and testing methods for certain elements in the KPI lifecycle is presented. These methods are designed to be structured, verified, and standardizable.
