    Since joining Edge in 2022, Ahmed has built the sales function from the ground up, enabling his team of nine to record a 300% increase in revenue growth in 2023. He is playing an instrumental part in Edge’s mission to create a world where geographic borders are no longer a barrier for people to obtain full-time employment and fair wages.

    Prior to joining Edge, Ahmed worked as Senior Manager of Sales Development at healthtech platform Luma Health. There, over the course of four years, he helped Luma achieve record revenue growth.

    Ahmed began his career in 2015 at healthtech startup DemandForce after graduating from the University of California, Davis.

    Chief Ambulatory Officer, DHR Health

    Veronica Villarreal is a healthcare management leader with over 4 years of experience as the Chief Ambulatory Officer at DHR Health, where she oversees 75 clinic locations with over 30 specialties and subspecialty care in the Rio Grande Valley. She holds three certifications in medical coding, office management, and insurance specialization, which demonstrate her expertise and proficiency in the revenue cycle and clinic operations.

    Veronica is passionate about creating standardized and innovative processes to increase employee, patient, and physician satisfaction. She has a proven track record of developing a servant leadership culture to improve employee retention and reduce physician burnout. She also focuses on providing the resources needed to deliver the best patient care, such as staff training and strategic growth. Veronica's mission is to meet the demands of the community's needs and to contribute to the bottom line of the company.
