1 hour CE (Ethics) - TAKE HOME (NO VIDEO): This class will review the scope and importance of ethics in the land title industry. We will discuss key definitions and provide a framework of an industry understanding of a code of conduct and ethics compiled by two leading industry associations governing the land title industry. Then we will look at other sources of ethical behavior including federal law and state statute and regulatory code.
