We will cover who holds legal title to property upon death, power of personal representative/authority to convey, Schedule B-1 Commitment Requirements and estate documentation, claims against a Maryland estate, Maryland inheritance tax, Maryland estate tax, Federal estate taxes, underwriting guidelines with respect to all death taxes, Personal Representative’s Deed, Closed Estate, and Maryland property subject to a foreign estate.
