This course includes a comprehensive review of the examination of titles in Maryland, including recognition of title defects, decedents estates, foreclosure under Deeds of Trust, issues relative to particular entity ownerships, tenancies and marital property conveyancing, abstract review, and drafting a commitment from the title report.
