    Dr. Andrew Willis is a dual-fellowship-trained sports medicine surgeon specializing in athletic injuries and disorders of the shoulder, knee, elbow, wrist, and hand using advanced arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgery, ligament reconstruction, and cartilage restoration procedures. He serves as the director of Sports Medicine Research and Fellowship Education at Tri-County Orthopedics and is chair of Medical Education for Atlantic Sports Health at Morristown Medical Center. He also is the associate team orthopedic surgeon for the New York Jets and the head team physician for Drew University. After receiving his medical degree with honors from Columbia University and completing his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery, Dr. Willis then completed a fellowship in hand, elbow, and upper extremity surgery at the Mayo Clinic and a second fellowship in shoulder, knee, and sports medicine surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters on sports medicine.
