Mark Rieger, MD
A board-certified pediatric orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Rieger is the founding partner and senior physician at The Pediatric Orthopedic Center in Cedar Knolls. His expertise is in trauma, sports medicine, arthroscopy, scoliosis, clubfoot and hip disorders. His arthroscopy skills earned him recognition as one of the “Top 100 Minimally Invasive Surgeons in the Tri-State Area” by New York magazine, among his many other awards, which include being named by New Jersey Monthly as a Top Doctor in Pediatric Orthopedics (2006-2020). Dr. Rieger was the first pediatric orthopedist on staff at Morristown Medical Center, where he served as chief of pediatric orthopedics, and was the first in New Jersey to perform endoscopic spine surgery and hip ultrasound and to be certified in Ponseti clubfoot technique. He is a frequently requested lecturer.
