Katie Steigelman, PhD received her undergraduate degree in biology from Berry College. After Berry she attended the University of Tennessee where she completed her PhD in Cancer and Developmental Biology under the direction of Dr. Jian Zuo at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She remained at St. Jude to complete her post-doctoral fellowship until she transitioned into a career in the biopharmaceutical industry. She joined Travere Therapeutics in 2014 and has worked as both a senior medical science liaison as well as an associate director within medical affairs.
