Troy D. Lippard, CAI, AARE
Troy D. Lippard, CAI, President of Lippard Auctioneers, Inc. Is a graduate of Missouri Auction School 1988, and a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana acquiring a CAI designation (Certified Auctioneers Institute) in real estate. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. He is a graduate of Lincoln Appraisal school holding a Master Farm & Land Appraisers designation and also a graduate of the Thompson Advertising school in Kansas City, Kansas in 1992.
Troy started in the auction business from the ground floor position including: clerking, cashiering, working as a ring-person, bid-calling and finally the managing end of the business. Since 2001 Troy has been one of the main auctioneer’s for the largest oil & gas auction companies selling approximately 500 million dollars a year in oil and gas minerals. Troy, currently works across the United States for other auction companies selling aviation, real estate, oilfield equipment, Ag equipment, etc. -
Pamela K. Rose, CAI, AARE
Pamela K. Rose was the first of four daughters to follow in her father?s footsteps and become an auctioneer at 18 years old. She has been licensed in the auction business since 1987. She won the National Auctioneer?s Association Women?s International Auctioneer Championship in 1998. She has continued to win numerous other awards and appointments in the industry including Appointed Chairperson of the NAR Auction Committee in 2007 for the 50,000 member National Association of Realtors. Pamela served six years on the Ohio Auction Commission.
Pamela Rose is rated as one of the top auction specialist in the industry. She is both nationally and locally recognized in every aspect of asset marketing, management, and liquidation. She has received recognition from the State Senators, Mayors, and Congressman for outstanding achievement. She is a leader among her peers having received awards for both National and State Real Estate marketing and sales.

Jeffrey Stein
Jeff concentrates primarily on Real Estate auctions and has represented a wide variety of real estate clients from banks and corporations to private owners. He has been an active real estate broker since 1985 and has sold over $300 million in property throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in Economics. He is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia.
Jeff is the Sales Manager of the Washington-Baltimore Region and is Principal Broker for Tranzon?s Virginia, Maryland, D.C. and West Virginia operations. -
