    • Jason Deel, CAI, GPPA

      Founder of JD's Auctions of Clinton, TN, is from Haysi VA. He grew up collecting as a child and continued his collection while serving 20 years in the U.S. Army. AS a young man Jason was destined to serve in the U.S. Army as a leader and officer. Jason served in six combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in the Army as an Infantry Officer.

      Jason earned his M.B.A. from the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology from Webster University while attending Command & General Staff College. Jason most recently served as the 4th Brigade 3rd Infantry Division Deputy Commander.

      After retirement Jason & Natalie knew they wanted to continue to help people solve problems. Jason has continued to further his education by attending the National Auctioneers designation for Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate, the Auction Marketing Management, and he is going into his third year of the covenant Certified Auctioneers Institute course at Indiana University.

      Jason & Natalie have been married for six year and live in Knoxville TN. They have two children Maleah & Jacob.

      Tim has 15+ years in the auction business and is Immediate Past President of NAA and Executive Vice President at Tranzon Asset Advisors. He is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City Iowa, and successfully completed all course and testing work for his Tennessee Real Estate Broker's License, Auctioneers License and has gone on to become licensed in Arkansas, South Carolina and Mississippi as well. Tim served in many leadership positions of the Tennessee Auctioneers Association for several years. In 2013 Tim was inducted into the Tennessee Auctioneers Association hall of fame and is the youngest person in its history to receive that honor. Due to his success and dedication to the industry he has become a sought after speaker on the subject real estate auctions. Tim also serves his community as a volunteer firefighter and is active in several local civic organizations.
