In this session, participants will gain an overview of social determinants of health and the connection to prevention, and how existing environmental prevention strategies are effective mobilization tools for improving community health and wellness.
Learning Objectives
  • Participants will be able to describe the social determinants of health (SDoH) in relation to prevention.
  • Participants will summarize how prevention creates partnerships via SDoH.
  • Participants will be able to effectively address SDoH with existing environmental prevention strategies.
