Content in this course correlates to categories and subcategories found in the Respond and Recover functions of the NIST framework.
By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:
- Describe the concepts necessary to develop an incident response plan
- Describe how to maintain communications within the response team and the broader broadcast organization throughout an incident.
- Explain the basic concepts of containing and mitigating an incident
- Describe the principles and elements for developing a recovery plan and the importance of lessons learned in the aftermath of a cybersecurity incident.
