  • Patty AllenBaugh

    User Experience Analyst, NAUgo Design and Development Team Lead:
    Patty has been with NAU for over 10 years directing user experience for university digital products such as websites, academic tools, and smartphone apps. Her work focus is on student success by incorporating usability testing, industry best practices, analytics, user behavior, and accessibility into all UX projects. As the NAUgo team lead, her responsibilities include leading all app design and development efforts and facilitating cross-departmental efforts for content on the app.

  • Aesha Brown

    onecard Manager Sheridan College:
    Aesha Brown started her career in the post secondary environment in 2008 at Seneca College. As the Assistant Manager of Ancillary Services she championed a team of 20+ full and part-time staff members. In 2013 Aesha joined Sheridan College as the Manager of the Onecard department. Needing to build the onecard program and team from the ground up, Aesha hired staff to grow the department and implement the first declining balance onecard program at Sheridan College. Most recently Aesha and her team successfully launched a mobile onecard project, and is the first College in Canada to implement a mobile ID in Apple Wallet using TouchNet’s 360u app. Aesha holds a diploma from Seneca College in Business — Retail Management, and a Bachelor's Degree from Davenport University in Business Administration.

  • Kevin Halligan

    onecard Administrator, Sheridan College:
    Kevin Halligan has a background in several industries including food and beverage, print production, and construction before completing his System Analyst program at Sheridan that led to his current position with onecard. Kevin has been the onecard administrator at Sheridan College since 2015 shortly after Sheridan first launched a onecard system. Kevin played a key role as the subject matter expert in a project initiated to replace the aging onecard system that led to the partnership with TouchNet onecard and Sheridan’s mobile onecard journey. Sheridan College was the first institution in Canada to launch a mobile ID with TouchNet’s 360u app. The mobile onecard has been well received by the Sheridan population and has enhanced the student experience considerably. In his spare time Kevin can be found spending time with his great dane, Dakota, or hanging around a billiard table.

  • Dave Falldien

    Director of Product Strategy, TouchNet:
    Dave is a campus card system expert and began working in the campus card space in 2002 at a university campus. Additionally, he has also provided consulting services to a vast array of higher ed institutions. Dave joined TouchNet in 2018 and is currently the Director of Platform Strategy. During his out-of-office hours Dave can be found in the Canadian Rockies — mountain biking or hitting the slopes.
