Join folks from the Professional Development Committee for an informal chat about what is top of mind for auxiliary professionals. We will use this time to talk about what is buzzing in the NACAS Lounge and also ask you to bring any and all topics to the table. Questions about the end of the year happenings, prep for 2024, succession planning/mentoring and whatever's new on your campus? Come tell us! No question or idea is too big or too small to share. Coffee Chats will be scheduled quarterly so we can continue regular discussions throughout the year.

    University of Georgia

    Danielle Bouton took her first job in a restaurant at the age of twelve. Over the past thirty-five years, she has worked for corporate entities such as Hilton, Marriott and MGM Grand. She began working in collegiate dining in 2005 with University of Southern California as the Food & Beverage Director of their hotel, moving two years later to University of California, Los Angeles. In 2017, she joined the team at University of Georgia Dining Services as Associate Director—Residential Dining. She is currently Associate Director—Training, Development & Campus Engagement for UGA Auxiliary Services where she is spear-heading the development of a new department within the division.

    She has been serving on the NACAS Professional Development committee since 2021 and has a M.Ed in Adult Education & Workforce Improvement from Valdosta State University. She is currently working on an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Columbus State University.
