Description

Members can attend for FREE. Non-members will be charged $49.

Dive into dynamic discussions and enriching insights with the NACAS Book Club, facilitated by Millie Park and Danielle Bouton. Our inaugural book club selection, "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" by Patrick Lencioni, serves as a catalyst for exploring the nuances of effective teamwork. Set to meet every two weeks for six weeks, our sessions promise vibrant exchanges and collective learning experiences. Through open dialogue and shared perspectives, participants will unpack Lencioni's five dysfunctions— absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results—gaining practical strategies to enhance team cohesion and performance. Join us on this engaging journey as we unlock the secrets to building stronger, more resilient teams together.

  • Appraise the current happenings of one’s team dynamics based on the principles outlined in the text.
  • Formulate a new plan of action for team management extrapolated from text and group discussion.
  • Examine the impact of changes to determine if new strategies are helpful.
