The Successful
People Management course is a virtual instructor led course that is part of the
Management Essentials and delivered on NACCHO University. This course meets for
90 minutes over six weeks and participants will discover how to adopt best practices
such as performance management process that drives results and key steps to
effective delegation.
The series will also
feature online pre- and post-seminar assessments, tune-up courses, and other
resources to maximize participants’ training goals.
The Spring 2019 course will run from April 18, 2019 - May 23, 2019.
