Goal: To present an overview of NACCHO's Roadmap to a Culture of Quality and Organizational Culture of Quality Self-Assessment Tool.

Objectives: 
1) Describe foundational elements of a culture of quality
2) Provide a tutorial of NACCHO's QI Roadmap and Self-Assessment Tool, articulating the distinct uses for both.
3) Share examples of how two LHDs used the tools to build a culture of quality.
4) Share resources for developing a culture of quality.
