In this February 16 webinar, NACCHO described its process to evolve its flagship community health improvement (CHI) framework, Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP). This webinar outlined the evolution process; significant updates to the framework including the revised phases and assessments; approaches to center health equity and community power building through CHI; and took a sneak at future tools and resources.
