NACCHO Mentorship Program for the FDA Retail Program Standards Podcast

This podcast highlights how the Food and Drug Administration’s Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards (Retail Program Standards) guide local health departments (LHDs) in the design and administration of a retail food regulatory program. This podcast also explores the experiences and benefits that LHD staff have had with their participation in the Retail Program Standards and the NACCHO mentorship program.
