Innovation and Business Planning for Clinical Nurse Specialists

Course Overview
This course is a 3 part series to introduce the Clinical Nurse Specialist to the world of business, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Many will provide their talents and skills inside the walls of the hospital, many will identify a device they need when none exists, and many will strike out on their own in the world of healthcare business ownership. Each will find the most comfortable setting for making a difference for patients, families, communities, and the hospitals for which they work. Some of the most creative nurse innovators have developed devices and processes used today in the clinical setting.
