- These real world situations will aim to highlight and address the trickier aspects of: messaging to the campus community about speech on campus (or at institution-sponsored activities), providing guidance to senior administrators, and the collision of “free speech” with academic freedom and an institution’s other legal obligations (such as compliance with Title IX and Title VI).
