Description
Now more than ever, the goal to advance a strategic diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice agenda at colleges and universities is paramount. Senior diversity leaders must work in concert with the Board of Trustees, Presidents/CDOs, and other campus leaders to both to amplify and advance efforts. In working to progress the inclusion agenda, it is important that organizations identify and prioritize the diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities that impact enterprise level strategy and risk. This session seeks to identify strategies to embed DEI as core organizational/institutional values while exploring strategies to compositional board diversity and inclusive culture. This session seeks to provide tangible strategies to promote the DEI agenda and to increase board diversity.
