Appeals can save a taxpayer from an IRS enforced collection action. This course describes the various ways a taxpayer can use the IRS Appeals process effectively when facing enforced collection actions.

Learning Objectives:
•Describe the collection due process hearing process for levies.
•Understand collection due process hearing process for notices of federal tax liens.
•Understand the collection appeal program hearing process and when it applies
•Describe how to effectively conduct an Appeals hearing for a collection issue.
