Effective resolution of a taxpayer’s IRS situation requires effective communication with clients and efficient workflow processes. This course will discuss typical issues in these areas in a business focusing on IRS representation matters and what best practices can help a practitioner succeed.

•Describe effective ways to communicate with representation clients.
•Describe different client workflow processes to efficiently resolve representation cases.
