    Katrina started Haynes & Associates in 2015 and until recently worked as the Global Mobility Tax Manager for The Coca-Cola Company. She has 20+ years of experience serving clients with a global workforce, providing tax, compensation and mobility consulting to a wide range of multinational companies with operations in numerous tax jurisdictions.

    Experience

    Katrina specializes in individual tax, payroll and assignment compensation issues. She has worked with several clients to develop and/or refine their global policies and programs. Katrina has experience working with a global healthcare organization, where she ran the organization’s North American assignment program of about 100 assignees and was also responsible for the international and domestic immigration issues. She has worked with some of the biggest account firms in the world, namely Deloitte, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.

    Professional qualifications and memberships

    Katrina is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Wisconsin; a member of the AICPA; a member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and a member of the National Society of Black Certified Public Accountants (NSBCPA).

    Community involvement

    Since moving to Atlanta 10 years ago, Katrina is continuing her long-time relationship with NABA – the National Association of Black Accountants. As the parent of a child with special needs, she is also involved with GiGi’s Playhouse (a Down Syndrome Awareness Organization) and the Down Syndrome Association of Atlanta.

    Education

    Katrina earned her Bachelor of Science (Accounting) from Hampton University.

    Personal Life
    Katrina likes to tell everyone that her most important job is as a mother to her three daughters: Gia, Geona and Genesis.
