    Julia Harvey is a seasoned tax professional and owner of "International Tax Preparation and Consulting," where she offers specialized services in various areas including resident, dual-status, and nonresident tax returns, expatriation/GC surrender returns, and more. With a particular emphasis on individuals with international ties, she assists with Streamlined Foreign Offshore Procedure, FBAR, FATCA, and other vital areas of tax compliance and reporting.

    She also provides Tax planning and consultation advisory services to residents with foreign ties and non-residents on US tax consequences, including investments involving blocker structures, and represents taxpayers for IRS examinations. Julia is credentialed as an Enrolled Agent, and a fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute. Additionally, as a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA), she plays an instrumental role in aiding foreign persons with their ITIN applications and renewals.

    Prior to tax career, Julia held significant managerial roles in international projects funded by the U.S. Government, notably aiding the Government of Kazakhstan with the “START I” Treaty for the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.

    She holds diplomas with honors in Accounting and Tax Preparation from Ashworth College and is a proud member of the International Honor Society Delta Epsilon Tau and the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
