He has extensive knowledge in both statutory credits and negotiated incentives for expanding companies nationwide across various industry sectors including an in-depth knowledge of the expanded Research & Development Credit under the P.A.T.H Act of 2015.

    Michael actively participates in ADP’s corporate initiative to establish strategic alliances with key business partners to deliver expanded service offerings that are complementary to ADP’s Tax Credit Services business unit. These partnerships includes offerings in research & development credits, property tax, sales & use tax and solar credits. Using new data analytic tools and information, he continues to consult a broad range of industries on opportunities to maximize available tax and financial benefits available to them through statutory credits, grants, and other cash and non-cash incentives.
